No. ReloQ is a coordination company. We do not move furniture ourselves — we coordinate the entire process on your behalf, working with vetted moving companies, freight forwarders, storage facilities, and other service partners.

We are based in Dubai and primarily serve clients relocating to or from the UAE. We also coordinate international relocations globally through our partner network.

We offer five core services: Relocation Coordination, Mobility Support, Storage Coordination, Logistics Coordination, and Destination Services. These can be used individually or as an integrated package.

We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and timeline. Then we create a tailored coordination plan, assign you a dedicated coordinator, and manage all communication with service partners on your behalf — keeping you updated throughout.

We recommend 4–6 weeks for most moves. However, we also accommodate shorter timelines. Get in touch and we will advise you on what is realistic and manageable.

Yes. We have experience supporting corporate mobility programmes, working directly with HR teams and reporting in the formats they require. We can onboard multiple assignees at once.

Yes. We offer a complimentary initial consultation — by phone, video call, or in person — to understand your situation and explain how ReloQ can help.

Pricing depends on the scope of services, the size and complexity of the move, and the timeline. After the consultation, we provide a transparent proposal outlining all costs. We do not charge hidden fees.

Both. You can engage ReloQ for a single service (e.g., storage coordination only) or for a fully integrated relocation package. We tailor the scope to what you actually need.

Yes. As part of our mobility support services, we coordinate with legal and PRO partners who handle UAE residency, work permits, and related documentation. We do not handle applications directly, but we manage the process on your behalf.

Yes. Our destination services include schools research and shortlisting based on curriculum preference, location, and availability — followed by coordination of visits.

Yes. We can coordinate temporary housing options and help with the transition to a permanent residence once you have found the right property.

Destination services are designed specifically for the post-arrival period. We remain available for settling-in support, utility setup, community orientation, and any other coordination needs after you arrive.
